Nigel is global head of insurance at ServiceNow, responsible for leading the company's strategy and go-to-market for insurance. He supports organizations in their use and adoption of the ServiceNow platform to support the end-to-end insurance value chain, from underwriting and service to claims.
Nigel has contributed to a number of books on Insurtech and AI, and in 2024 was recognized 6th on the Insurance Post Power 50 and Top voice in finance. Prior to ServiceNow, he led global insurance for Google Cloud, was a member of the CapitalG Advisory Board, and served as a partner at Deloitte. He remains steadfast with his personal mission to make insurance loveable.
