As the chief ethics and compliance officer at ServiceNow, John Castelly is responsible for the company's wide range of ethics and compliance programs. Prior to joining ServiceNow, he was the chief compliance officer for Personal Capital and Robinhood, where he oversaw brokerage compliance.
John has a wealth of experience in public and private sector compliance and regulations. He’s held senior legal positions at Morgan Stanley and TD Ameritrade and served as special counsel for the Division of Trading and Markets at the SEC.
