Erica Volini is the executive vice president for worldwide industries, partners, and go-to-market at ServiceNow. She leads an innovative and diverse team to define how ServiceNow reaches the market, including an ecosystem of more than 2,300 partner companies.
Before joining ServiceNow in 2021, Erica was a principal at Deloitte Consulting for 23 years, leading the Global Human Capital practice. She’s known externally as an expert in the future of work and was a co-author of Deloitte’s Global Human Capital Trends report. Her work has been profiled by CNN, The Washington Post, Bloomberg, Yahoo! Finance, Forbes, and several other media outlets. In 2021, Erica was appointed an HR Advisory Council Member of Betterworks.
