Change Approval Policies - Creating Change Approval Definition and Modifying Policy

Team, I am having a hard time with this task

 

All normal change requests must first receive approval from the Change Management assignment group before they are sent for any other approval.

1. Create a Change Approval definition.

  a) Name: Change Mgmt Approval

  b) Approval action:  Add group approval

  c) Group: Change Management

  d) Mandatory: true

 

 

2. Modify the existing change approval policy, Normal Change Policy.

  a) Create a new Decision

      Label: Initial review
      Order: 100
      Answer: Change Mgmt Approval
      Conditions: Change request.Model | is | Normal

  b) Order the decisions as follows:

      Initial Review: 100
      Assess Technical Approvals: 200
      Low Risk Manager approval: 300
      Requires CAB Approval: 400

It’s out-of-the-box (OOTB), I think. Where exactly are you stuck
