Need to know the tickets created and tickets closure count in shifts ( Morning shift, general shift, afternoon shift, night shift ) , but the catch is that the shifts are overlapping by 2-3 hours .
Ex: Morning shift : 6AM - 3PM , General Shift: 9AM- 7PM , Afternoon shift : 2PM - 10PM , Night Shift: 8PM - 6PM .
Is there a possibility to achieve the tickets created and closed in each of the shifts and not get the tickets duplicated while getting the dump of tickets .
Please let us know , if there is solution for this case.
Thank you,
Siddhant.

Yes, you can use the operator Trend
in this case.

you can use Trend in filter condition but since you have overlapping it might not be proper.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
