The Tab of related lists should change color "Blue with White text" when it has some data otherwise should show the default color.

Hi All,

I have a requirement as when the Related list has any records available into it the Related list label background color should turn to blue with a white test in it . How to do this?

I think the only way to achieve this would be with DOM manipulation, which is not recommended.

Could you not take a different approach with a field style on one of the columns or maybe even a custom tick box if there are any records in the related list?
