preview notification for unsent email

I want to make one ui action and preview the notification.
Currently there is already a button but it works for the notification that has been sent.

There is OOB Ui Action is available named as "Preview Notification", before notification gets send.
- Email>Notification>Open notification>Preview (See attached screenshots)
