Is it possible to restrict agents to turn off an autopilot topic?

Once agent is connected with end user via chat, he/she can trigger a autopilot for a topic. Agent can turn off the autopilot manually even before end user go through the topic.
I want to restrict agent to do so. Any suggestions how should I proceed?
