We're having the same issue but the error is not as frequent when you disable concurrent import in the scheduled job.

Did this get solved? Im trying to add fields to the Idea forms on Idea portal for when creating a new Idea. A new field wasnt that hard but its more complicated to add the value to the custom-created field on the idea table.
