Hello Everyone, i have come across this question been confused with the question. would appriciate the help.
Risk is configured by default, to calculate Risk = High for a change that is scheduled with only 3 days lead time. Your customer’s change policy
requires that changes be requested with 5 days lead time.

To satisfy the customer's requirement, you would update the Risk Condition for Insufficient lead time (Option E) because this is the specific configuration element that defines how lead time impacts the calculated risk. By adjusting the conditions within the Risk Condition for Insufficient lead time, you can set the threshold to 5 days, thus ensuring that changes with less than 5 days lead time are appropriately assessed.
Why other options are incorrect:
- A. Update the Risk Property for Insufficient lead time:
Risk Properties define the overall risk assessment framework, but the specific logic for lead time is handled by Risk Conditions.
- B. Update the Risk Assessment Matrix for Insufficient lead time:
