Standard Change Templates - Missing Catalog Items from Template Management Category

For Standard Change Templates, when going to Template Management the 3 OOTB Catalog Items are missing data but active. Is this something I can revert or bring back, a missing plugin, or something I need to go to support about?

Thanks for checking in.

I ended up opening a case for this.  ServiceNow wasn't able to identify the cause.

In sub_prod, we deleted the record producers from our instance and imported them either from ServiceNow or a PDI (i don't recall which).

Our Change Management had not been updated since Geneva or something like that.  We had other missing files as well.  We had to compare our instance with a PDI and grab whatever we were missing.
