With the 2024 Xanadu release we’re thrilled to unveil several exciting enhancements to our Security Operations suite, especially the introduction of Gen AI with Now Assist in our Security Incident Response solution.

Now Assist for Security Operations

With Now Assist for Security Operations, powered by Gen AI, analysts can boost their productivity while compressing mean-time-to-contain. Now Assist for Security Operations allows users to summarize security incidents (with context on threat and impact) for faster incident comprehension at any stage of the security incident. It also allows users to generate resolution notes for faster incident closure, while better understanding incidents with on-demand incident lifecycle-driven contextualization. Users can quickly access pertinent information from the case by querying in a conversational interface. Now Assist Query.jpg

Native Sidebar chat

As part of our Security Incident Response offering, the new native sidebar chat feature enhances your SOC's efficiency. It ensures a smooth shift transition by enabling detailed communication of critical information, tasks, and updates. This feature also improves operational continuity, reduces errors, and boosts overall efficiency.

Security Incident Response Health Dashboard

The updated SIR health dashboard provides users with comprehensive details on alert sensors and their operational performance. It also enhances analysts' ability to monitor customizations and pinpoint any issues or errors within the environment.

Mitigation Control Detection

With mitigation control detection, organizations can automatically identify assets protected by web-application firewalls. Additionally, this feature helps detect assets with EDR agents configured to block exploits.
