We have streamlined the submission process to align the deadlines and milestones for both Knowledge and CreatorCon. Key Dates: Submission deadline: Oct. 24, 2025 Speaker notifications: Mid-November 2025 & Early-January Event dates: May 5-7, 2026, Las Vegas, Nevada Knowledge 2026: Ideal submissions include fresh perspectives, proven success stories, and breakthrough ideas that help our community achieve more with ServiceNow. Special attention will be given to AI, AI Agent and CRM customer stories. Whether you’re a customer, partner, developer, or thought leader, we want to hear from you. Hello! We are looking for one or more customer(s) to participate as the new SNUG Leader(s) in Kansas City! The timing could not be more perfect as we are planning the Kansas City SNUG event for October! SNUG Leaders must be employed by a ServiceNow customer and not employed by a ServiceNow partner. Here is a snapshot of the role of the SNUG Leader: Participate in planning calls to ensure events are aligned to the needs of the SNUG community including dates, venues and topics Help identify customer speakers Assist in getting hosts, and suggest potential venue locations Gather broader feedback on the needs of the group Emcee at meetings if possible Promote online community involvement by posting questions and blogs to encourage an on-going dialog with community members The time commitment is roughly 1-2 hours/year for event planning and 6-8 hours attending the event if possible! The ServiceNow team manages: Invitations and registrations Meeting planning and coordination Venue and catering planning and costs SNUG Leaders play the important role of helping us ensure that members get the most value from attending SNUG meetings and to keep the conversation going by participating in the on-line SNUG community. The planning and execution of the event is managed by ServiceNow. SNUG Leaders play an elevated role within the community and receive special recognition at SNUG meetings, on-line, and at Knowledge.
