Sorting Related List Fields in Demand Record Not Working in SPM Module

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue in the ServiceNow SPM module. After filling the Demand Intake form and navigating to the Demand record, the related list displays Demand Tasks. However, when I try to sort the order or other fields in that related list, the sorting functionality does not work.

Could you please advise if this is a known limitation or if there is any configuration required to enable sorting on related lists in Demand records?

Hi @karanrathor ,

i don't think you need to enable any additional configuration as long as sorting applied correctly!

Just tried 
ex:

1)Sort by created A to Z

2)Sort by Created Z to A

you can apply a default sort in related list but if user sorts on his/her field in related list then the default sort won't work for that person

you need to update the user preference record for Default sorting, check below links
