ServiceNow IT Service Management Pro Implementation Partner Recommendations?

We are a nonprofit human services organization in the Pittsburgh, PA area and are interested in finding a reputable ServiceNow implementation partner / reseller who will assist us with implementing IT Service Management Pro. While we'd prefer to go with someone who has a local/regional office in the Pittsburgh area (as there are a number of tech businesses in this region), we have not yet found one. Are there any recommendations of ServiceNow partners based on prior experience? Our sales rep recommended Crossfuze, NewRocket, and Ahead but I'm interested in knowing what the community recommends...

Hi, I recommend Contender Solutions (a Presidio Company). Presidio has an office in Pittsburgh. I am a project manager on the delivery side of Contender. I have worked for several other implementation partners. Contender is among the best out there. We focus on maintaining long term relationships with our customers. Let me know if you'd like me to put you in touch with a sales executive. We have lots of non-profit customers. BTW - I don't get any commissions on sales.

My former employer used Glidefast in our implementation of CSM, ITSM and ITOM. They are based in MA but (obviously) have remote employees all over. I highly recommend them. Dan Ross was our sales rep. Glidefast
