Meet Nick Tzitzon, ServiceNow vice chairman

Nick Tzitzon wears many hats: father, husband, pizza aficionado, and vice chairman of ServiceNow. While he helps lead the charge toward the company's bold future, he reminds us of the power of a good laugh—even when it’s at ourselves.

As vice chair, Nick spends most of his time meeting with ServiceNow customers, listening to them and discussing the impacts of current geopolitical and economic events on business and technology.

Whether in a small conference room or on a big stage, interacting with a handful of people or several thousands, Nick exhibits an innate, rather artful and humor-infused ability to navigate and moderate even the most complex conversations. He has a deft skill that allows him to quickly roll with the proverbial punches.

That’s why we were quite surprised when Nick told us, “While appearances suggest I’m an emotive, social, entertaining figure, I’m actually quiet and quite private.”
